WOW! We can see why this place has amazing star ratings. The service, the food (so fresh), the vibe was incredible. Very friendly :). We don't get sushi like this back in Tauranga! Price was incredibly good! We will be back before our holiday ends. Thank you!

Yum!!!! Unfortunately I never get to eat at The Reef because I’m always stuck at work. I was excited to hear when The Reef hopped on board with the online delivery trend. I must say I was not disappointed. Today I ordered the “Premium fancy salmon sushi”. It was well presented, high quality, a large portion and full of the yummy good stuff and not just boring rice. I must say I was super impressed and glad I ordered. Usually I’ll pick off excess rice from other places, but there was no need to with these beauty rolls. I will definitely be ordering again.

Being healthy isnt an issue when it comes to The Reef Coffee & Sushi Bar. You get drawn in instantly with their atmosphere of pure kindness and energy. Eat the Rainbow with succulent chicken breast with the incorporation of in house made Teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise their bento bowls are sure to be a pleaser.

It's not often a small place ticks all the boxes, but for most looking for a coffee and something Japanese, this will suit their needs. Location on the main road makes it easy to get to and very convenient. East end and Fitzroy beaches only minutes walking distance. In a world of inflation, it is good to see prices are still cheap. One thing that's very noticeable that I like is the staff are very friendly and chatty, unlike many other places with sad faces. Like many locals already know, it's a go-to favorite.

Absolutely love this food! Fresh, light, filling and affordable, right across from my favorite grocery store and one of the closest restaurants to the beach. The new storefront is looking great, it’s small but there’s 4 or 5 seats if you don’t want to takeaway. Kids adore the sushi, and you can get special boats for parties by arrangement. Owner Lyly makes this place special with her warm attentiveness and love for making quality food, even growing some ingredients herself to keep prices down and quality high. Definitely follow her social media for the special pho days, the best flavor in town!

Salmon n chicken avo combo, this included Ginger,wasabi& soysauce Rice paper scrimp rolls with spicy dipping sauce & A chicken salad bowl with vinaigrette All Excellent! Better option as a takeaway meal Big selection here V good customer service Highly recommend Thanks!
